注：以50μl PCR反應(yīng)體系為例，每次使用25μl 2×MasterMix，500μl可做20次 50μl PCR反應(yīng)。

● 儲(chǔ)存條件: -20℃可長(zhǎng)期保存；4℃穩(wěn)定貯存3個(gè)月。經(jīng)常使用時(shí)，一旦融化后請(qǐng)4℃貯存，盡量避免反復(fù)凍融。

● 產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：

本產(chǎn)品包含Taq DNA聚合酶、dNTPs、MgCl₂、反應(yīng)緩沖液、PCR反應(yīng)的增強(qiáng)劑和優(yōu)化劑以及穩(wěn)定劑，濃度為2×。使用時(shí)，只需補(bǔ)加實(shí)驗(yàn)所需的引物和模板后即可進(jìn)行PCR反應(yīng)，可最大限度的減少人為誤差，具有快速簡(jiǎn)便、穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。適用于常規(guī)PCR反應(yīng)、復(fù)雜模板（如GC含量高，有二級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)）的擴(kuò)增以及大規(guī)?；驒z測(cè)。使用該產(chǎn)品得到的PCR擴(kuò)增產(chǎn)物末端含有一個(gè)A堿基，可以直接用于TA克隆。

● 質(zhì)量控制：

經(jīng)檢測(cè)無(wú)外源核酸酶活性；PCR方法檢測(cè)無(wú)宿主殘余基因組DNA；能有效地?cái)U(kuò)增人基因組中的單拷貝基因。

●  使用說(shuō)明：

1. 冰浴中徹底融化2×MasterMix，混勻后Minispin將溶液收集到管底。

2. 按照下表在0.2ml PCR管中制備反應(yīng)體系：

3. 快甩離心將反應(yīng)液收集到管底。

4. PCR儀如果沒(méi)有熱蓋加熱的話，補(bǔ)加25μl礦物油。

5. PCR儀上執(zhí)行以下程序：

*注： PCR 反應(yīng)條件視模板、引物等的結(jié)構(gòu)條件不同而各異。在實(shí)際操作中需根據(jù)模板、目的片段的大小、堿基序列和引物的長(zhǎng)短等具體情況，設(shè)定最佳的反應(yīng)條件（溫度、時(shí)間等）。
